Back from AAAS meeting
Got back from the national AAAS meeting last night. What a great experience it was! I'll be writing more, as my mind assimilates it

Why is this lady smiling? Denver's AAAS meeting made it to 'The Daily Planet' on Canada's Discovery Channel yesterday ... apparently, Mona Lisa's smile, although almost undetected when viewing the painting from directly in front, comes clearly into view from an angle to reveal her 'snickers'. This is apparently due to refraction of light through the shading color values and stroke thickness. Did you get involved in this discussion at the meeting?

Sadly, I missed most of the sessions. But I met some truly amazing people, while I was at the GalaxyGoo booth...including a Canadian or two :-)
